Abstract (EN)
Honey bees have important tasks such as protecting the ecological balance, pollinating the cultivated plants and continuing the generation of many plant species. In line with these tasks, it is vital to maintain the lives of almost all living beings in the world. However, these creatures are hosts of pathogens such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites and protozoa, which cause serious loss and bee populations in the hives. New approaches should be revealed to provent the bee losses. In the studies conducted, the positive effects of the microbiota of the bees on their resistance to the diseases have been shown. In this context, the idea that bees may be more resistant to diseases can be found if the natural microbiota in the bees bodies is supported. In this study, derived from this idea, it has been clarified that it is the bacterial microbiota of Yığılca Honey Bee and its products, taking place as a new ecotype in the literature and it has been evaluated that the inhibitory activity against bacterial isolates Paenibacillus larvae bacteria, causing a disease in bee larvae, is the 'in vitro'. Twenty one bacterial isolates of healthy bees and products were obtained as a result of these studies. With the physiological, morphological and molecular identification techniques, these bacterial isolates are defined as Lactobacillus kunkeei (HD4, HD6 ve HD12), Staphylococcus warneri (HD5 ve HD20), Fructobacillus fructosus (HD8), Staphylococcus lentus (HD9), Pantoea vagans (HD10), Bacillus licheniformis (HS6), Pluralibacter pyrinus (HS10), Pantoea anthophila (HS11), Pantoea agglomerans (HD11), Bacillus cereus (HS1 ve HS3), Bacillus safensis (HS2, HS4 ve HD18) ve Paenibacillus taichungensis (HS5), Escherichia coli (HD13) and Enterobacter cloacae (HS19 ve HS20), As a result of this study, it has been determined that L. kunkeei and F. fructosus isolates have inhibitory activity against Paenibacillus larvae bacteria.
