Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out in the ecological conditions of Isparta in the 2019-2020 production year. In the study, the adaptation and some agronomic characteristics of different husked and hull-less barley varieties/lines has been determined. In this study, which was designed with three repetitions according to the experimental pattern of random blocks. Two ranked Aydan Hanım (husked), Tosun Paşa (husked) and Yalın (hull-less) proprietary barley varieties and 5 hull-less barley lines (INBYT-6, INBYT-16, INBYT-18, ABA-7, ABA-8) were used as seed material. Cultivars and lines were planted to be 500 seeds per square meter, calculating the weight of a thousand grains. Differences between varieties and lines were determined to be statistically significant. In the research was determined that plant length 65.0-102.62 cm, spike length 6.50-8.43 cm, spikelet numbers per spike 20.16-27.16, numbers of grain per spike 19.01-26.80, grain weight in spike 0.62-1.25 g, thousand grain weight 28.70-43.33 g, test weight 68.04-78.44 kg, protein ratio %12.58-15.75 grain yield 156.41-465.5 kg/da and harvest index %26.86-31.37 varied. The highest grain yield was determined in INBYT-18 line. But, with this line, Tosun Paşa and ABA 8 genotypes were statistically in the same group. It was determined that lines with higher protein content (INBYT-6 and ABA-7) than the varieties.
