Abstract (EN)

The first step in our country, as implemented in several countries shows that health services be implemented in a common manner. Primary health care services are preventive, curative, focused on the rehabilitation and health development. In Turkey, health services before treatment with nationals of the purpose of the submission of health services in primary care practices appears as a protective qualities. Immunization, tuberculosis screening, pregnancy scan and so on. elements can be laid out. The aim of doctors working in primary health care constitutes work, nurses, health officers and auxiliary personnel to identify factors that affect the motivation. Besiktas Istanbul province and over 180 health professionals working in Primary Health Establishment in Maltepe district (44 doctors, 51 nurses, 55 health officers, 30 auxiliary staff) conducted a survey consisting of 20 questions. SPSS statistical analysis for assessing the results achieved in this study (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 20.0 IBM program was preferred. The data were evaluated by qualifier statistical methods (mean, standard deviation, frequency and percent) One-Way ANOVA and the comparison of Independent Samples t-test was used other than quantitative data. health workers in evaluation of the survey were examined separately according to demographic characteristics. In this investigation in order to determine which demographic features that level health workers different motivations than others and evaluate the cause. The review and evaluation of the residence status of health workers as a result of demographic, age group and marital status may change in motivation levels were observed between the different ones. The first step in the motivation of employees due to an interaction with a patient in health care workers is seen to have an important place. In this aspect, the employees while increasing the high quality level of service to be motivation can reduce the quality of service is low.
