The effects of in-service training applications, quality of staff and productivity in the Fire Department of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality

In service training plays a significant role for the constitutions in terms of renewing the knowledge and increasing the skills. It is important to get the opinion of active staff to make training more efficient and motivating. In this study, the types of inservice training, the description, types and quality of the training given by Metropolitan Municipality examined in conceptional frame and the interviews with the staff will show the effects of training.
