Examination of counter attack and combined attack techniques in judo

Aim: The main purpose of the research is to analyze the application of counterattack and combined attack techniques in judo and the effect of these techniques on competition success. For this purpose, it is aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the techniques in judo competitions, to determine the difficulties faced by judokas while applying these techniques and to offer strategic suggestions for the effective use of these techniques. Material and Method: The method of the study was based on a comprehensive literature review. Existing academic articles, books and online resources about Judo were examined. In this process, previous studies on counterattack and combined attack techniques, training methodologies and applications in competitions were specifically discussed. Results: The research has shown that counterattack and combined attack techniques make significant contributions to success in judo competitions. Effective use of techniques provides significant advantages to judokas in terms of the ability to turn opponents' attacks to their advantage and score points. Judo is a martial art that combines physical strength, technical skill and strategic thinking ability. Counterattack and combined attack techniques, which are the basis of this sport, are the key elements of gaining superiority over opponents during the fight. Conclusion: The results of the study reveal that judokas need to increase technical diversity, develop tactical awareness and improve physical condition so that they can use counterattack and combined attack techniques more effectively in competitions. It is recommended that training programs focus on these techniques and judokas constantly improve their skills in this field. As a result, this study provides valuable information about the importance of counterattack and combined attack techniques in judo training and practical applications and provides guiding suggestions for the effective use of these techniques.
