Abstract (EN)
In this study, building performance belonging to the application of mass-housing of Kahramanmaraş is studied by the method of Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE) in terms of technical, functional and behavioural terms. Projection problemshave been determined by making physical space analyses, observations andinterviews. Then the level of users? satisfaction is stated by evaluating of buildingperformance.The transfer of the information acquired as the result of the evaluation tothe following projects as datum, and the adaptation of this information to theprojection process, thus the new project being more successful are aimed at.By gathering the findings acquired in the evaluation study, varioussuggestions are made for the problems determined in terms of technical, functionaland behavioural terms.Key words: Housing, Mass Housing, Kahramanmaraş, The Post OccupancyEvaluation.II
