Within this study quality costs are analyzed and the relationshipamong the Quality costs are examined according to PAF model which is the quality costmodel. The study begins with providing introductory information about total qualitymanagement, quality costs and quality cost models. The introductory informationincludes various opinions about the subject. A case study was performed in two textilefirms which are located in K.Maras.
