Systematic examination of super family Raphignatoidea (Acari:Actinedida) taxson in Kapıdağ half island

In this study, it was aimed to detect the Raphignathoidea mites (Acari: Actinedida) located in the Kapındağ peninsula of Balıkesir. For this, between April 2018 and March 2019, 12 months each month, once a month, the research area was visited, and soil, debris and algae samples were taken from various habitats. After the samples taken were tagged, they were brought to the laboratory in nylon bags, where the mites in the Berlese apparatus were removed. Then, Raphignathoidea mites were removed with the help of needles and after bleaching in Lactophenol, permanent preparations were made in Hoyer medium. A total of 11 species were identified from the samples examined. 4 of these species belong to the Raphignathidae family (Raphignathus gracilis (Rack, 1962), Raphignathus protaspus Khanjani and Ueckermann, 2003, Raphignathus zahoi Fan and Yin, 2000, Raphignathus ueckermanni Koç and Kara, 2005), 5 of them Stigmaeidae (Storchia robustus (Berlese, 1885), Eustigmaeus dogani, Eustigmaeus anauniensis (Canestrini, 1889), Eustigmaeus turcicus, Eustigmaeus kamili), one belongs to the Caligonellidae (Molothrognathus venusta). The figures of various body parts were drawn through the samples of the identified species, and their various organs were measured and species definitions were made.
