Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed that to develope a new solid phase extraction methods (SPE) for separation, preconcentration and determination of trace aluminum in fruit juices, mineral waters, drinking waters that sold in Turkey's markets by using atomic spectroscopic tecnique before analysis. In SPE technique, Poly S-g-EMA polymer were used as solid phase support materials (adsorbents) for the separation and preconcentration procedures. Aluminum ions were complexed with ligand 4-[(3-amino-5-{[(2-hydroxyphenyl) methylidene] amino}-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) diazenyl] benzoic acid (AHPMAPDAB) for increasing the selectivity and retention efficiency in the studies Various experimental parameters such as pH of the sample solution, type and concentration of eluting agents, flow rate of the sample solution and eluting agents for retention and recovery of trace metals on the adsorbents were investiagted and optimized. Under optimized conditions, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ) and analytical parameters such as linear range were also obtained. The accuracy, precision and validity of the methods were checked by using known statistical methods and using standard reference materials. Metal determinations were performed by using High Resolution Continous Source Flame Atomic Absorbtion Spectrometry (HR CS-FAAS).
