This study dealt with an important topic of social life related to Islamic jurisprudence. And they are concerned with collective work and contemporary jurisprudential rulings for it, and since collective work is the cooperation of the sons of the one Muslim nation, individuals and groups, in which their work is integrated, and their efforts are combined as long as they are sincere in their work and there is nothing in their approach that contradicts Islam - not that they compete and become hostile - and each individual sees or Each group considers itself the right to exist, and judges others to depart from the group The study also aims to consolidate this feature in Islamic societies and to show how the Sharia encouraged it and gave a reward for that. The research also came out with important results and unique benefits, as teamwork results in obtaining God's satisfaction, giving Muslims strength and honor, and saving effort for the individual. This work, that is, their work should be based on piety, not on evil.
