The law of justice in the Holy Quran is considered one of the most important laws, as it represents a fundamental pillar in achieving equity and fairness. The Quran contains directives and controls that regulate social, economic, and political relations, and indicates the importance of having righteous individuals to ensure the achievement of complete justice in societies. By studying the law of justice in the Quran, we seek a deeper understanding of the values of justice and fairness advocated by Islam, and to extract practical lessons and guidance for building just and balanced societies. The research aims to explore the role of the Holy Quran as a source of legislation and define the law of justice in Islam, analyze the concept and principles of the law of justice in the Quran, and then clarify how it is applied through the stories contained therein. The impact of the law of justice in shaping Islamic and civil laws is also explored, and the most important laws based on the principles of justice are studied, by analyzing Quranic verses related to law and justice, using an inductive and analytical approach. The concepts related to the law of justice and the laws of the Holy Quran were examined, including right, fairness, equality, wealth distribution, and human rights. The results showed that the Holy Quran provides a comprehensive model of the law of justice, as it emphasizes right, fairness, and equality in all matters, and it urges the protection of individual and societal rights. The research findings point to the importance of justice in the Holy Quran, its applications in the biography of the Prophet and his companions, and the challenges facing its application in modern Islamic societies. Based on these findings, recommendations are made regarding the need to enhance the understanding and interpretation of the Holy Quran to support the application of justice and Islamic laws, promote the understanding and application of the principles of justice and fairness in all areas, develop an independent and impartial judicial system, and encourage intellectual interaction to improve legal systems in line with Islamic values and the needs of modern societies.
