The happiness of human in Qur'an

The pursuit of happiness of the human, begins with Hz.Adam according to Qurʼan. Happiness is at the center of the human life since the human was crated and also it is one of the most fundamental issues in Qur'an which adresses all the human being. Qurʼan, with its all statements about happiness, gives direction to the human pursuit of happiness, pointing the way to a happy life. According to the Qurʼan, earthly peace and happiness of people is first depends willing to accept and internalize the principles of faith and to reflect these principles on all aspects of life converting well and good behavior. Miscellaneous verses that are related to creed, mind, morale, practical and social principles, are the main factors that lead the people to happiness. However the worldly happiness in can carry deficiencies and defects in various aspects. Complete and a perfect place to experience happiness is heaven. Qurʼan underlines this point insistently and emphasizes that all factors which bring happiness in this life, at the same time, will bring happiness to the people in the eternal realm. Namely, their positive effects will start in the world and will continue forever in the hereafter life. In the introduction of this study the happiness of human is examined with the perspective of Qurʼan, general information about research and views on the definition of happiness are included. In the first part, the conceptual framework for happiness in Qurʼan being examined. In the second part, earthy happiness of people according to Qurʼan, and in the third part, other worldly happiness of people according to Qurʼan, are being examined.
