A sociological research on transformation of religious life in Turkey process globalization and some new appearances of religiosity

The study called ?A sociological Research on Transformation of Religious Life in Turkey Process Globalization and Some New Appearances of Religiosity? is a field research done in the city center of Elazığ and done by using qualitative research method. In this study, links of globalization at institutional meaning with political, economic and cultural dimensions besides religion have been tried to set. Under the title of Globalization and religion interaction, from the action set between globalization and religion religiosity actions than have been acted on religious, political, economic, cultural, etc. Have been tried to be understood and analized.On the mentioned study religiosity religion perception, othority in religion and problem of religious model, secularization, looking at religious community, culture of consuming, using credit cards, looking at participation banks, perception of interest and share of profit, political participation, looking at EU, looking at AK Party etc. have been tried to be analized at sociological dimention. At this contex, how religiosities mental perceptions have changed on religious, political, cultural, economic fields have been tried to reveal.Key Words: Globalization, religion, globalization and religion, religious variety, secularization, religion?s being instrumentalized, commodization, religious pluralism, return of religion, new conservatism.
