Abstract (EN)

A strong reputation is the most important perceived capital of the organization. The activities and capabilities of an organization in the field of business shape the general reputation of that institution. Reputation is built over time and consists of many interactions between social stakeholders and that organization. Reputation originates from the self-identity and identity of social stakeholders, which makes the organization perceive the organization as trustworthy and responsible. In return, an established, solid reputation of an organization makes it difficult for competitors to mimic the actions of that institution. Corporate reputation is one of the competitive instruments of enterprises and it has strategic importance for two important purposes. The first is to gain more value for the stakeholders by creating positive perceptions in the eyes of society and to be successful in competition with these ways. The second is to increase the organizational commitment of the existing human resources, which is the most valuable asset for today's enterprises, and to provide them with more effort and contribution. In this study, the effects of corporate reputation on organizational citizenship behavior of employees were investigated. According to the results of the research, it is determined that corporate reputation has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Key Words: Corporate Reputation, Organization, Citizenship Behavior, Organization, Employee.
