Abstract (EN)

This study analyses the effect of orientation empirical positive-linear relationship between corporate reputation management and organizational citizenship behaviour on the growth performance of healthcare institutions through innovation. It applies multiple regression analysis method to examine the relationship between these independent variables and the effects of innovation orientation on these mediator variables. This study shows the corporate reputation management's positive linear effect on growth performance with its social and products and services dimensions as well as its relatively low impact, individually, on other dimensions such as emotional attraction, corporate environment, vision and leadership. In addition, this study shows that only the organizational citizenship behaviour dimension has positive linear effect on the growth performance whereas effects of other dimensions such as altruism, conscience, courtesy and sportsmanship are relatively low. The results of the study illustrates that when the mediation effect of the innovation orientation is added to the independent variables, the positive effect, together with all the sub-dimensions of these variables, on growth performance of healthcare institutions.
