Abstract (EN)

In this study we researched the effect of different lignocellulosic agricultural residues and different rates of additive materials on productivity of P. ostreatus development stages, development periods, Biological Efficiency Degree (BED) and Biological Conversion Ratio (BCR). In the performed experimental study we have used; Wheat Straw (WS), Millet Straw (MS), Cotton Straw (CS) and Soybean Straw (SS) as raw material for the cultivation of P. ostreatus. In addition we have used 10, 15 and 20 g doses of Lentil Straw (LS) respectively for per 100 g drained raw material as additive materials. In our study we have observed the shortest mycelium growth period as 10.2 ± 0.5 days at SS, while longest period as 17.6 ± 9.4 days at CS + 10 LS. The shortest first primordium formation has been determined 21 ± 2 days at SS + 10 LS, the longest as 34.2 ± 13.7 days at CS + 20 LS. The shortest first harvesting period has been obtained as 30 ± 2.8 days at SS + 10 LS, the longest 45.8 ± 15.7 days at CS+ 20 LS. The shortest second harvesting period has been observed as 45.6 ± 3.1 days at SS +15 LS and the longest as 66 ± 6.5 days at CS. The shortest third harvesting period has been observed as 62.6 ± 2.4 days at SS + 20 LS, the longest as 83.8 ± 2.2 days at CS + 10 LS. The fresh mushroom yield that was obtained from 100 g materials (% 70 moisture) are; While in the first harvesting the yield has been obtained as 7.3 ± 1.6 g at CS at the lowest, the highest as 24.5 ± 1.1 g at SS + 20 LS and the lowest yield in the second harvesting has been obtained as 3 ± 1.3 g at CS and the highest as 17.6 ± 3 g at SS + 15 LS. In the third harvesting the yield has been obtained as 2.1 ± 1.2 g at CS + 10 LS at the lowest and the highest as 9.7 ± 0.8 g at SS + 20 LS. In total yield while the lowest amount has been obtained as 14.3 ± 2.4 g at CS the highest as 49.9 ± 2.8 g at SS + 20 LS BED has been observed as % 166 at SS + 20 LS at the highest and the lowest as % 47 at CS. While SS + 20 LS has showed BCR as % 16 at the highest, CS has showed the lowest as % 4. Key Words: P. ostreatus, Yield, Biologic Efficient Degree, Biologic Conversion Rate, Additive Materials.
