Decentralization is today one of the concept's emphasis of the World and Turkey. In Turkey, where a bulky over-centralized structure resulting from understanding and opinions related to the significant problems caused by this situation and given the widespread detection. Also, located in one of the major problems in the education system in Turkey, it is the economic problems of the school. The purpose of this study; Investigators working in Maarif sample provinces of Istanbul, the schools of the Ministry of Education Inspector view to decentralization in education is examined in terms of their contribution to the solution of economic problems. This research is a quantitative research in a cross-sectional survey model. The population of the study consisted of education in Istanbul inspectors who work in the 2015-2016 year. The sample is appropriate in this universe (simplistic) is composed of 222 elected superintendent of education in the samples. The research data were collected through the attitude scale developed by the researchers consists of a total of 21 and the evidence.
