Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study was to determine the history and chemical analysis of 48 different propolis from the central and districts of the 5 provinces in the Marmara region of South Marmara. Here, according to the sampling method, 17 provinces of Balikesir, 12 provinces of Bursa, 12 provinces of Canakkale, 4 provinces of Yalova, 3 different propolis samples were collected from Bilecik province. 8% Propolis Ethanol Extract (PEE) was prepared for the analysis of the collected samples and prepare chemical analyzes (phenolic compound groups and derivatives) on the HP-LC instrument. Bilecik (10.505 mg / l) appeared to be in the province. Yalova 4 samples collected in the Yalova 4 (Y4) sample structure with 7.349 mg / l was the group with the highest total flavonoids. In the province of Canakkale, the total flavonoid is the highest in the construction of the sample. The sample is Canakkale 11 (Ç11), where it has a value of 8,761 mg / l. In the province of Bursa, the total amount of flavonoid with the highest value of 5,765 mg / l Bursa 10 (BU10) concluded that the case. Among the samples of Balıkesir province, Balıkesir 14 (BA14) sample was observed to have high flavonoid content with 5.675 mg / l. The homogeneous acid, 4-OH benzoic acid, epiglo katechin, epicatechin, 3-4 dimethoxy benzaldehyde combinations were made at the site of the collected samples. Quarcetin, an important compound found in the structure of propolis, was found to have the highest proportion of Yalova 4 (Y4) sample among the 48 samples in Yalova province with 56,30%. As a result of the study, it was concluded that propolis samples collected from 48 different points, geographical characteristics and differences in plant origin of the province had differences in the composition of compounds and their values.
