In this research, it is to show the hıgh school teacher?s who work in Professional hıgh schools trust level to their school managersand at that point to make dıfferent suggestions through the data about both teachers and managers situations.This resarch has been aplied to 167 teachers who work in Professional hıgh schools in Ümraniye which is on the Assian side of İstanbul. Before interpretetion of the results: each concept has been explanied about the questionnaire Hitorical development of managment, Education, Professional education and Trust issues have taken place in this resarch.The reasrch has examined the difference on teachers the trust level of teachers to their school managers acording to sex, age, educational situation, educational field and Professional prionty.The data in this resarch has been collected through the trust measure and analysed with SPSS packet programe. Questionnaires have been applied to the teachers through visits to schools. In this questionnaires, thre are 28 questions in total. The data has been analysed and interpreted with arithmetic average, freguency, percentage (%) t- test, (Anova) one ? way varient analyse and statistic of the test.
