Abstract (EN)
It is aimed to review the literature on concepts of Metropoliten cities, urban logistics and sustainable urban mobility, to create an inventory of criteria to be usef for performance evaluation in these areas, to use thes data in the measurement and evaluation of a certain region, to create a method that will provide improvement and to standardize the subject. These data were obtained from primary sources and the Sustainable Urban Logistic Performance İndex (SULP) was calculated fort he province of Ordu by DEMATEL and AHS methods determined in this direction, and how it would be improved with further studies was revealed.
