The critical edition and analysis of Molla Khalil's book "al-Kâmûsu's-Sâni fi'n-Nahv ve's-Sarf ve'l-Ma'ânî"

In this study, Molla Halîl es-Si'irdi's biography was considered, his work in the name of el-Kâmûsu's-Sânî fî'n-Nahv ve's-Sarf ve'l-Me'ânî was edition critic and analyzed. Molla Halîl who wrote in many of Islamic sciences was a well-qualified scholar who lived in the first second half of 18th century and first half of 19th century. Molla Halil's work in the name of el-Kâmûsu's-Sâni fî'n-Nahv ve's-Sarf ve'l-Me'ânî that he wrote about the syntax science has a distinct place in its domain. The nontypical sciences which are among the sub-disciplines of syntax, morfoloji and rhetoric science were considered widely in the aforementioned work. They were reinforced with many verses, hadith, poetry and bywords in order to transfer a set of bases and rules related to these sciences. The subjects of three sciences in total as the syntax, grammar and nontypical one were explained in details in this work, and a set of important discussions related to the subject was made. Thus, the aforementioned work is a rich work in terms of the source. Molla Halil got benefit from nearly all of the previous linguists while transferring the subjects related to the language in el-Kâmûs. Although his views were in accordance with most of the linguists from Basra, he didn't adhere to any syntax ecole. Moreover, he mentioned about the appointed noun, nouns of tools, hypochorisric nouns, nouns related to time, nouns related to place, ibdal and i'lal and the other morfoloji subjects as the main subjects of grammar science. In this study, the work in the name of el-Kâmûs was verified and analyzed in consideration with the subjects belonging to the morfoloji, syntax and rhetoric sciences.
