Stylistic review of the poems of Muallim Nâcî Efendi with the study of contextual index and functional dictionary

Muallim Nâci Efendi, who is one of the important figures of Tanzimat literature, is an important person who produced many works in his period. Among these works, the poet's works in the genre of poetry can be taken, as well as his verse epics, theatre, novel, memoir, letters, essays-criticisms-examinations and translations. The artist, who wrote articles in many magazines and newspapers, was frequently mentioned in the literary community even in later periods. These bets are; the subject of Muallim Nâci's poetry is related to his attitude and approach towards dualities such as old-new, East-West in literature. The poet's views on old-new, East-West, and how much he will benefit from ney are a product of his temperament as well as his upbringing. It is inevitable that these are reflected in the poet's works. As a matter of fact, the reflection of the traces of Western and Eastern civilizations on their poems can be examined with the form and content of the poem. In this study, the work of Muallim Naci Efendi, in which M. Kayahan ÖZGÜL brought together all the poems of Muallim Nâcî, was handled within the scope of the TEBDİZ project, and the "Contextual Index and Functional Dictionary" study of the work was carried out. In addition, with the stylistic work on the poems, the types of words, conjunctions, prepositions, addresses, interrogative expressions, exclamations and word groups in the text were determined in the light of mathematical data, and the words used by the poet and the meanings ascribed to these words offered a clear examination in terms of creating the content.
