Abstract (EN)
In this study, temperature dependence of complexity in the molecular movement of chiral crown ether has been determined by using NMR T1 measurements. 10 ?l Chiral crown [(S)-N-benzil-2-isobütil-4,7,10,13-tetraoksa-1-azasiklopenta-dekan] (C21H35NO4) solved in 5ml CDCI3, put in NMR tube with 5mm diameter. Measurement carried out between 330 K and 295 K by dropping temperature 5 K and T1 values measured for each peak in each temperature measurement. All measurements carried out by BRUKER brand 400 MHz NMR spectroscopy. In the evaluations of temperature experiments, theory related to dipole-dipole interaction in molecule used. From obtained lnT1 values, InT1-1/T graph plotted. Then, activation energies Ea and affinity times ?c determined. By calculated activation energies and affinity times, it is interpreted that protons have spin movements.
