Abstract (EN)
The purpose of the study is to identify the effects of physical activities to office workers' life conditions. The study was conducted in a foreign-funded insurance company in Turkey. The data collection tool consists of two online questionnaires. In order to determine the physical activity level of office workers International Physical Activity Quastionnaire, IPAQ short form, and for the living conditions of office workers; SF-36 scale were used. As a result of the research, it is determined that office workers' %47,7 are inactive, %36,1 are minimal active and %17,2 are very active. However, it is dicovered that %59,8 of them are normal weight and %33,9 of them are overweight. Because of the life quality scale consists of eight element, each elements are tested seperately. There are no relationship between physical activity and mental or physical roles of lfe quality. So there is no findings about physical activity and life quality of office workers.
