Abstract (TR)
Türk lise matematik öğretmenlerinin öğrenci algısıyla öğrencileri motive etme şekillerinin öğrencilerin belirlediği başarı hedefleriyle ve bu hedeflerin altında yatan sebeplerle ilişkisi, ayrıca öğrencilerin Matematik dersi için belirlediği başarı hedefleriyle ve bu hedeflerin altında yatan sebeplerin öğrencilerin aldığı notlar, kullandıkları öğrenme stratejileri ve zorlayıcı etkinliklere istekli olmaları ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmaya Türkiye'nin doğusunda yer alan bir uluslararası vakıf okulunu hazırlık sınıfından 12. sınıfa kadar olan 180 öğrencisi katılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre katılımcılar tarafından en çok seçilen en baskın hedef türü uzmanlık hedefi olmuştur. Uzmanlık ve sonuç hedeflerinin altında yatan otonom nedenler Matematik dersinde etkili öğrenme stratejileri kullanımı ve zorlayıcı etkinliklere istekli olma durumu ile pozitif yönde ilişkili, kontrol edici nedenler ise negatif ilişkili bulunmuştur. Uzmanlık hedeflerinin altında yatan otonom nedenler öğretmenin öğrenci tarafından algılanan katılımı ile pozitif yönde ilişkili, kontrol edici nedenler ise öğrenci tarafından algılanan performansa dayalı sınıf hedef yapısı ile pozitif yönde ilişkili bulunmuştur.
