This study was conducted to determine the relationship between organizational DNA, organizational blindness and organizational resilience according to the perceptions of high school teachers. The sample of the study consists of 350 teachers working in secondary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Denizli province. According to the results of the study conducted by using relational survey model; teachers' perceptions of organizational DNA were determined as positive and did not show significant differences according to gender, age, education level variables, but showed significant differences according to marital status, years of professional service, years of service in the school, and school type variables. On the other hand, teachers' perceptions of DNA were highest in the sub-dimension of open communication school and lowest in the sub-dimension of bureaucratic school. On the other hand, teachers' perceptions of organizational blindness were determined to be at a low level, and while there was no significant difference between the variables of gender, age, years of service in the school, and educational level, there was a significant difference according to the variables of marital status, years of service, and school type In addition, teachers' perceptions of organisational resilience were found to be at a high level, and while there was no significant difference according to gender, marital status, school type and education level variables; a significant difference was found according to age, years of service, years of service in the school where they worked. Organizational DNA was found to be significant predictors of organizational blindness and organizational resilience and 32.5% of teachers' perceptions of organizational blindness and 34% of their perceptions of organizational resilience could be explained by organizational DNA score. In addition, organizational blindness was found to be a significant predictor of organizational resilience and organizational blindness explained 22.3% of organizational resilience.
