Özet (EN)
Phthalocyanines are generally blue, green, high temperature, light-stable compounds that are chemically stable but have very low solubility. Therefore, it is important to obtain products with high solubility in the synthesis of phthalocyanine. In this thesis, new phthalocyanine complexes have been identified by synthesizing thiazolidine derivatives known to exhibit biologically active properties. The compound 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenylthiazolidin-4-one (1), which is present in the literature used as the starting compound for synthesizing the promised complexes, was carried out according to the procedure. This compound was prepared by addition of K2CO3 and 4-nitrophthalonitrile to give 4-(4-(4-oxo-3-phenylthiazolidin-2-yl) phenoxy) phthalonitrile (2). This phthalonitrile compound was treated with Zn and Co salts in the presence of DBU at high temperature to obtain the targeted metal (3a and 3b) phthalocyanines at appropriate conditions. The structures of all compounds obtained were determined by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV-Vis and MALDİ-TOF spectral data
