Participation of family studies in pre-school education according to ideas teachers and parents

The overall aim of the research is to evaluate the participation of family studies in pre-school according to ideas teachers and parents. This study consists of two stages. The first stage is applying the surveys to teachers and second stage is interview with the parents.In the first stage, the teacher scale is 110 pre-school teachers who are working for 2008 ? 2009 academic year and working for Ministry of Education in Çanakkale central and districts. According to the results of the surveys data were analyzed statistically. In conclusion the data obtained were analyzed on computer using SPSS program. SPSS program was used for all statistical analysis. While evaluating the results, teachers' years of service, ages and the class variables of the age groups with a significant difference according to whether the statistical tests and were tested.In the second phase of the study used to interview technique is which one is Data was collected through semi-structured and non-router. In this stage the parents interview scale is 20 parents are whose children in pre-school for 2008-2009 academic year in Çanakkale central and districts. In the first stage of research, parents interview forms applied to the analysis of the data were analyzed by descriptive. Interviews were conducted long transmissions. Observation notes in a way that was described as close to original state. Besides on the occassions where there are enough data, tried to study in details to find answers the questions like why, how? On this step an iductive analysis technique is used.In the first stage of the research, it is found that both findings, which are archieved by questionnaire and interview, support each other. In the second stage of the research, results of findings show that to achieve the intended purpose, the school administrations, the teachers and the parents have to meticulous working and have to fulfill the responsibilities.
