Examination of the opinions of the administrators and teachers on the problems faced in planning and executing art activities in schools

It is aimed to increase student success with the education given in schools, and this goal is achieved through a collective effort involving students, teachers, parents, school administrators and even school personnel. In addition to this success, various school activities are also effective in preparing students for life. In the education supported by artistic activities, students' artistic taste and attitudes are developed, while on the other hand, it is ensured that they gain different perspectives. For this reason, it has been a research topic that what kind of processes the students go through in ensuring their participation in artistic activities, what kind of work program the teachers and school administrators prepare in this sense, how much time is allocated to artistic activities. While celebrating and commemorating certain days and weeks, while the activities of school clubs are being carried out, the planning of school administrators and teachers and the problems they encounter while creating these plans will be examined. In the study, phenomenology design, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used and a detailed examination was carried out based on the experiences of 12 school administrators and 12 teachers with a homogeneous sample model. The views of administrators and teachers working in primary and secondary schools on this subject were recorded through interviews and the data were analyzed. According to the results, suggestions that can be applied to the subject have been revealed.
