Abstract (EN)

Performance evaluation of a number of predetermined standards of employees or institutions efficiency measurement process. In today's market conditions and the process of globalization in order to compete in national and international markets, to increase the efficiency of the increasingly gained importance. The most important sources for competitive superiority of permanent organizations human resource. It's no surprise that the human resources to effectively administer and performances to be evaluated is of great importance. This study, in the 21st century. the changes occurring in the economic, technological, market conditions, together with the resulting new organization structures , increasingly important organizational climate influence on performance evaluation system of practice and investigating new developments emerged in the literature.For this purpose, in the province of İstanbul, the private sector, the research data in three different areas in the company employees have been obtained using the survey method. In this study, foreign and domestic sources of organizational climate and performance evaluation in addition to the theoretical section, in which the fundamental approaches to the Organization of work were made about the impact of the performance evaluation of the climate sections. Not so much increasing the performance of running the Organization climate set those social rights rather than the concept of organizational climate work efficiency has more impact on climate of the organization concluded.
