Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to determine the effects of organizational culture and organizational justice on motivation of employees. The study was conducted with 392 participants working in a public institution in Çankırı. According to the findings of the study, perceived organizational culture and organizational justice have a significant effect on both internal and external motivations of employees. Accordingly, the vision dimension of organizational culture along with the perception of interactional justice increases intrinsic motivation. However, distributive justice increases external motivation, while interactive justice decreases.
