In the view of organizational culture and organizational commitment a comparative research at educational sector in Yalova

''Organizational culture? and ?organizational commitment? topics have been the most common focused issues in recent years. The rapid developments in the competitive world give more importance to human resources on forcing to invest; on the other hand the rapid developments take advantage of the existing workforce which has lead to the maximum extent. In this case the employees of businesses, ?organizational culture? and ?organizational commitment? have increased the importance of perceptions.In this study, ?organizational culture? and ?organizational commitment? are indicated in terms of educational institutions by examining the relationship between them by emphasizing the importance of human resources for educational institutions.Enlighten of this purpose, the conceptual framework of organizational culture and organizational commitment are discussed and then a research is carried out within teachers in educational institutions. The relationship between these concepts is evaluated within the data which are obtained from questionnaire investigations.
