Abstract (EN)

The increase of globalization is increasing importance given to a number of issues in organizations. One of the organizational culture, organizational commitment and performance issues such as the importance of research on these issues in Turkey is increasing every day. In today's business world, the efficiency of these concepts to the highest levels. Organizational culture and organizational commitment issues, and organizations and has great importance for the employees. The development of a sense of identity among the employees by providing organizational culture and organizational goals by promoting the participation of organizational loyalty and strengthen support. In addition, organizational culture, organization, quality of the work done by the members to raise the motivation and actions can significantly increase performance. In this study, those with strong organizational commitment and organizational culture will increase the performance of the high front. A woman in a factory in İstanbul to research, the goal of the employee survey sample identified and 82 female employees obtained through the data. The demographic variables in the first part of the survey has been achieved. The second part of the organizational culture, organizational commitment and performance data has been obtained. In the third chapter, the organization culture the relationship between commitment and performance örgüsel is deprecated.
