Abstract (EN)

The relationship between organizational culture and project success is a prominent topic in the field of project management. While existing research has limitedly explored the impact of organizational culture on project success in various sectors and industries, there is a need for more context-specific studies focusing on the unique dynamics of decentralized local authorities. In this study, using the Organisational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) developed by Cameron and Quinn, a survey was conducted with the participation of 227 employees working in Adana province Kozan Municipality. The survey questionnaire consisted of measures for organizational culture, general project success, and personal information. After preparing the data for multivariate analysis, the analyses were conducted using SPSS v.26 and JAMOVI statistical software packages. The research findings indicate that all four dimensions of organizational culture can predict project success, with clan culture being the strongest predictor in this relationship. The findings highlight the importance of fostering a positive and supportive organizational culture to enhance project outcomes, while also emphasizing the need for further research to improve project success.
