The Effects at office personel of office automation in organizations

IV SUMMARY Organizations are united systems. Office among this system isone of the factors which can not be given up. Offices can be explained as departments where activities of all organization are planned, managed, coordinated and controlled. The position and importance of office works on establishment are very important. Computer and programming play a vital role on improving the productivity on works performed in offices. Office automation is one of the factors improving the productivity on office work. By the advances in tecnology, office automation enables to save time, labour, employee and tools. The study focuses on the affects of office automation on staff. This research consists of four chapters. The first covers organization and organizing, the concept and development of office management approaches and the elements of office management. The second focuses on determination, background, benefits, system and security of office automation. By emphesising the affect of office automation on office staff, the third chapter focuses on the impact of office automation on works carried out and its pyschological influences on staff and is concentrated on curing the negative impacts of office automation on office staff. In the light of information obtained from survey carried out to clearify the impact of office automation on staff, in the last chapter, by evaluating the results of survey, the impact of office automation on staff is revealed and some solution proposals are presented.
