Abstract (EN)

In the business world which constantly develops and changes under the influence of globalization, the human factor has gradually become more and more important for organizations. In this context, organizational justice which shows perceptions regarding how fair the employees are treated within the organization affects the attitudes and behaviors of employees within the organization closely. In this thesis; organizational justice, job satisfaction, and nursing concepts on the relationship between keywords of the literature review was conducted. Ceasing employment, replacing and training the lacking personnel, waste of time and resource that occurs in the meantime which all are encountered within the organization depending on job dissatisfaction will affect organizational efficiency and success negatively. Examining in terms of working conditions; nursing is a stressful profession with an intense work load where many negative individual and environmental factors coexist. To nurses who spend a great part of their time in the business environment, the concept of justice perceived within the organization considerably affects job satisfaction and this condition is closely associated with patient care. Providing justice within the organization is an important factor for increasing the job satisfaction of nurses, who are among the basic building stones of healthcare services.
