Abstract (EN)
Today's world is changing rapidly when compared to past periods; this change manifests itself in organizations as well as in all areas of life. Change also differentiates expectations. The concept of justice, which has been evaluated as a very important issue throughout the history of humanity, is of great importance in today's more researching, comparing and conscious employee profile. Employees are increasingly expecting a fairer business world. The concept of organizational justice, which affects many organizational variables, plays an important role in providing organizational commitment. The study aims to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. In this context, data were collected from 402 people working in ground handling companies operating at Istanbul Airport. Convenience sampling method was used in the determination of the participants and the survey method was used in the collection of data. The obtained data were processed and analyzed with the SPSS program. In the research, results were obtained partially supporting that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. It is thought that the research will contribute to the civil aviation sector ground handling companies in terms of evaluating the organizational justice and commitment, reviewing and improving their practices. In addition, the fact that the relationship between the variables is handled in a limited number of researches in the civil aviation sector reveals the importance of the study in terms of literature.
