Otherwise, cause of there are so many alternatives which meet same necessity in the market, there would be no mean of existence of organization. Actually organizational change is a device which is used getting organizational effectiveness. Therefore before the organizational changement, it is important to persuade the employee to it' s obligatory and bring together organizational and personal objectives in a common denominator. Because of this, while the process of changement, to prevent the resistence of staff and then provide participate of them would contribute to get maximum organizational effectiveness.
