Abstract (EN)

As a social being, human needs many emotions while continuing her life. One of these feelings is the feeling of trust. The concept of trust can simply be defined as the belief that individuals have goodwill towards each other. The environment of insecurity brings with it many problems. When we look at these problems from a social point of view, we come across the concepts of mobbing and alienation from work. There are some negativities that these cases have brought to us in business life. The aim of the research is to examine and reveal the views of classroom teachers on organizational trust, mobbing and work alienation. The research was carried out using qualitative research methods, phenomenology pattern. The study group consists of 12 classroom teachers selected with the purposeful sampling method and easily accessible sampling technique. Data were collected from classroom teachers by semi-structured interview technique. Participants were asked 12 open-ended questions and additional probe questions in their natural environment. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Accordingly, the participants perceived their perceptions of organizational trust with the concepts of "belief, expectation, commitment, anxiety-fear-worry, understanding, consistency, freedom and well-being", and their perceptions of mobbing as "pressure, violence, distress, attack, discomfort, implication, exposure, They defined it with the concepts of "tiring and intimidation". In addition, they associated work alienation with the concepts of "alienation, reluctance, dislike, coldness, powerlessness, alienation, depression, meaninglessness and purposelessness". Classroom teachers describe the factors affecting organizational trust with the concepts of "honesty, team-cooperation, justice, consistency, goodwill, conflict of interest, respect, commitment, mobbing, ambition-competition and quality", and the causes of mobbing as "superiority, jealousy, inadequacy-lack, self-interest". conflict, power, disrespect, normativeness and injustice" and the reasons for alienation from work are "feeling of inadequacy, mobbing, happiness-pleasure, materiality, insecurity, workload, cooperation, work environment, private life, work suitability, necessity, monotony and disrespect. defined by the terms ".Within the scope of the study, the views of the participants on the solution of the problems and the elimination of the negativities were also included. These are presented in the study findings by dividing them as "things to be done to ensure organizational trust", "things to be done to eliminate mobbing" and "things to be done to eliminate alienation from work". This work; It is important to get the data directly from the source, to reveal the problems and to offer solutions to these problems. In addition, the study is very important in that these concepts such as organizational trust, mobbing and work alienation, each of which is a field in itself, are gathered under a single roof and applied only to classroom teachers from the field of teaching. In line with these considerations, it is thought that the research will play a role in the emergence and solution of problems, may guide future research and close the deficiencies in the relevant field in the literature.
