Abstract (EN)
The concept of organizational climate which is perceived by the majority oforganization?s members and referred a specific identity to organization constitutesrather useful variation heaps to explain human behavior in organization. Beingunderstood that how the organization?s workers perceive the organizational climate atthe various dimensions, it is unsuspecting that they acquire opinions about theorganization?s internal managerial matters. Being understood the climate which isdominant in an organization is an important stage to examine the managerial process.The main goal of this study is to reach some generalizations concerning an organizationwhich was chosen at the subject of organizational climate. For this purpose, the viewsof the samples are determined in relation to two dimensions of organizational climate.These dimensions are: Participation and organizational loyalty. And the other goal ofthe study is to determine job satisfaction level in organizations which are being done theresearch. In addition determining the effect of organizational climate on job satisfactionlevel.At the result of the study, it is possible to make the following generalizations:First of all, in the related organizations, organizational climate is an important factorwhich is perceived by all the members of the organization. It is seen that in the relatedorganizations job satisfaction level is quite high and organizational climate is based onthe participative, creativity and achievement. Which is called clear organizationalclimate type. In addition the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction level issignificiant.Key Words: Organization, Climate, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction.
