Impact of organizational innovation on performance management system; A research in the city of Batman

Innovation is the mainstay of innovative activities in companies and development in production process. Innovative activities; development of new products or services; new production processes; marketing; and development of new organizational structures. Furthermore, it is also effective in the performance management system process of the management units of the companies, where competition among the firms is effective. It can be argued that innovations that can be developed in the innovation process, especially in organizational innovation, can positively affect the performance of organizations. In this study; The impact of organizational innovation on performance management system is examined on the basis of selected enterprises. Data were collected from 169 samples collected from the universe of 40 enterprises operating in the Organized Industrial Zone of Batman. Does organizational innovation have an impact on the performance management system in these enterprises? In addition, is there a relationship between organizational innovation and performance management system? The questions are the main problem sentences of our thesis. As a result of the research and analysis conducted, the relative importance of all types of innovation on the performance management system; product innovation, organizational innovation, process innovation and market innovation. The product innovation variable has been found to have a significant impact on performance management. It has been concluded that process innovation, market innovation and organizational innovation variables do not have a statistically significant effect on performance management.
