Commitment to the workplace, which is one of the topics that workplaces work on in the modern age, is a term that expresses how strong the closeness of the working personnel to the work environment is. The severity of this developing feeling can be observed at different levels in each working person. According to Allan and Meyer, organizational commitment; It describes the psychological approach of working people towards the organization and it is a psychological state that describes the relationship between the person doing the job and the organization, affecting the decision in the process of continuing to work. The individual's prioritizing the interests of the organization he is in rather than his own interests is directly related to his level of organizational commitment. As the level of commitment of the person increases, it leads to attitudes and actions such as owning the aims and values of the workplace, wanting to make even more effort and continuing his working life in the organization. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the relationship between the concept of emotional commitment, which is one of the sub-titles of organizational commitment, and the tools used to develop commitment.
