Despite the fact that existence of organizational cynicism has a long history, it recently becomes one of the conspicuous concepts in our country. For the organizations, as a result of increasing competition, the way of accessing the self-proclaimed works and reaching their goals pass through the satisfied and committed workforce. Organizations willing to work with qualified employees who fulfill their expectations completely. Employees with high organizational commitment consider their and organization's values equal and, show high-level performance. The aim of this study researching the impact of organizational cynicism and job satisfaction concepts on organizational commitment. Concepts of organizational cynicism and job satisfaction are searched in detail in literature research. After that, to analyze the relationship and its degree between these concepts and organizational commitment, a survey study is conducted via the participation of banking sector employees. The results are shown in the study. As a result of analysis, it is also determined that factor of organizational cynicism has no influence on organizational commitment and relationship with job satisfaction. Only in correlation analysis there is found a negative interrelation between job satisfaction and commitment. No connection and influence were found in regression analysis.
