Abstract (EN)

In this research, the levels of perceptions of the administrators and teachers working in the secondary schools related to learning organization are examined.This research consists of volunteers, 47 managers and 264 teachers working in 16 different secondary schools at 2008-2009 academic year, at the first term in Bolu Province Central District. The research is a descriptive work. In the research, the views of administrators and teachers about learning organization are evaluated.The scale that has two different parts is implemented for the managers and teachers. In the first part of the scale, the "Personal Information Form" prepared by researchers and in the second section, the "Learning Organization Perception Level Survey" prepared by "Güçlü and Türkoğlu" were applied. The survey consists of 5 dimensions and 42 articles: "Personal Mastership, mental models, shared vision, systems thinking and team learning?. The tests used in the Statistical analysis of the data obtained are frequency, arithmetic average, standard deviation, t-test, varianceanalysis and Tukey test. The following conclusions are reached:1.a. The average of views of the administrators and teachers for the learning organization change between the levels "usually" to "sometimes"1.b. According to the opinions of the administrators and teachers;They have the same opinion only about the discipline of ?personal mastery ". Despite this, there are significant differences between managers and teachers regarding to "mental models?, ?shared vision?, ?systems thinking? and ?team learning " disciplines.2.The views of the administrators for the learning organization do not have differences by their personal features; career stages, the awards they have received in last five years, whether they are prime or substitute, or their experience as a manager. Besides, the difference is found in the views of managers, according to their gender, age, seniority, education status, and training management cases.3.The views of the teachers for the learning organization do not differ according to their ages .However, they differ by teachers? gender, seniority, education status, their career stages and the awards they have received in last five years.Keywords: Organizational learning, learning organization, learning school, the school manager.
