Negative Behaviours Resultig From Parents, Teachers And Senior Managers That The Managers Of Secondary Schools Encounter While They Performing Duties This research was done to analyze negative conducts school managers came across when they did their jobs.The scope of this research was the managers of the schools of Pendik Town of Istanbul City, in 2013-2014. In this research, instead of sampling, all managers were directly contacted. 230 persons were applied, 26 were eliminated for various reasons, 204 were analyzed. The data of this research was collected through; "Individual Identification Form", and "Negative Conducts Questionaire arising from Parents, Teachers and Top Managers." This data was coded into computer and analyzed through SPSS package software. Frekans and percentage distribution was used for the first part of the data, aritmetic average, and standart deviation for determining the students conduct and perception, "t" test for determining the differences of conducts with bilatteral comparision, one sided variance analyze for comparision of more than two variable groups. Whether there was difference between the opinions was tested at a = 0,05 the meaningful level. The findings optained from this research are; When assessing negative conducts arising from parents against the managers' sex, female managers stated that they came across more negative conducts form parents than male manegers came across. According to maritial status, the thoughts of bachelor manegers about the negative conducts from parents was more negative than those of married managers. No meaningful differences were detected when the managers' age, job, state of education, management time or the schools they worked at were assessed. No meaningful differences were detected over the assessment level of negative conducts arising from teachers, based on managers' sex, maritial status, age, state of education, job, working hours, the number of schools they worked at. No meaningful differences were detected over the assesment level of negative conducts arising from top managers, based on the managers'sex, age, state of education, job, working hours and the number of schools they worked at. Based on maritial status, on the other hand, bachelor managers stated that they came across more negative conducts than those of married top managers.
