Investigation of discrimination against kitchen workers in hotel businesses

Therefore, discrimination should be considered a matter that both employees and employers must address with serious attention. Within the scope of this study, the concepts of discrimination and equality will first be introduced. Then, the current state of discrimination and its various forms will be examined in detail. Additionally, the legal framework surrounding discrimination and the relevant regulations will be addressed. The aim of analyzing legal foundations is to ensure that individuals subjected to discrimination are informed about their rights. In the following sections of the study, particular focus will be given to how discrimination manifests in the tourism sector, which is among labor-intensive industries, the factors that influence this phenomenon, and the consequences that arise. This study aims to raise awareness regarding the prevention and resolution of discrimination by addressing both the theoretical and practical dimensions of the concepts of discrimination and equality.
