Risk analysis in terms of occupational health and safety in automotive subsidiary industries

In this study, the importance of occupational health and safety for businesses is explained based on risk analysis applications. In this context, the history of occupational health and safety has been researched and explained. Development stages of occupational safety concept are mentioned. The importance of occupational health and safety for employees and employers has been examined in this context, the benefits provided to individuals, institutions and organizations are identified and explained. The basic principles of occupational health and safety are researched and explained. In this context, occupational health and safety conditions and applications in auto industry sites have been researched and explained. Working conditions in the auto industry sites, occupational accidents in the auto industry sites, the scope of the prevention of these accidents, research and investigation are explained. Occupational health and safety trainings and measures have been researched and explained. The occupational diseases seen in auto industries and the studies carried out on prevention and prevention of these diseases are included. The researches and studies about occupational diseases and accidents in auto industry regions are explained. The increasing number of workplaces and employees in the automotive industry has led to many occupational accidents and occupational diseases. This makes it important to identify the measures to be applied in the context of occupational health and safety of the automotive mirror. With this thesis, it is determined that the risks that may occur in enterprises operating in automotive reflection industry should be determined and what regulatory preventive activities should be taken for these risks. Risk analysis was performed by selecting Fine Kinney method. Risk analysis was carried out in two enterprises operating in the automotive industry. A total of 324 risk factors were identified in the risk analysis. Regulatory preventive actions to be taken in order to prevent these identified risks to cause any possible dangerous situation or accident have been determined. Risks are brought under control by reducing the danger levels. In the study, it is provided to understand the risks before analysis and analysis after taking precautions.
