Abstract (EN)

The aim of the research is to study in special education education, in general, with self-efficacy and education, benefit from education, benefit from education, education, education status, being licensed students. For this purpose, teachers who work with education in Antalya Kepez, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı special education schools, which can be applied with the teaching method, will be formed. The research sample consists of those who work in special education schools in Kepez, Muratpaşa and Konyaaltı districts of Antalya. In our study, the personal information formula applied by the owner was additionally made by Maslach and Jackson (1981) and adapted to Turkish by "Maslach Burnout Scale", which was adapted to Turkish by Ergin, and by Yıldırım and İlhan in 2010, which was made by Sherer and tried (1982). The adapted "Self-Efficacy Scale" was used. As a result of the research; There is a negative and moderately significant relationship between the self-efficacy levels of the teachers who participated in the study and their emotional burnout, there is a negative and below-moderate significant relationship between the teachers 'self-efficacy levels for disabled people and their depersonalization levels, the teachers' self-efficacy levels and personal achievement burnout There is a positive and moderately significant relationship between the levels.
