Abstract (EN)
Motivation is one of the most important phenomena that increase productivity in organizations. Shared objective of all enterprises is to reach common aims as soon as possible by holding the motivations of employees high. To ensure this employees must be enthusiastic about the work and must adopt the business. Motivation is the power that meets this desire.Today, it is known that the managers who are highly motivated and aware of their duties and responsibilities and integrated with the organization they work; achieve targets in a shorter time and increase performance and efficiency in their institutions.Given the limited resources available in our world is seen as the most valuable source of manpower. Successful, all the information and live the joy of making things by revealing the skills and experienced human is seen as the most valuable resource in production. The factors that help to ensure satisfaction and to achieve success in organizations constitutes one of the most important motivation of the manager .In this study ; Muğla affect the motivation of private and public health care administrators factors are considered.The motivating factor of Muğla private and public health managers and how they affect the motivation factor or factors which are explained to be more effective .
