The readymade object of the artist in relation between subject and object

The objective of this thesis proposal is to assess the process of personal readymade object being used in art with its experience. The main theme of the thesis will be the way the "experience" phenomenon that distinguishes the readymade from personal readymade changes the context in art. The evolution of this process in art history will be explored from both historical and conceptual perspectives. Additionally, the strategies of artists who use personal readymade objects in their art and the processes and practices of making sense of their works will be deliberated. In the specific case of objects that integrated into one?s personal life, attempts to clarify the relationship between the artist and the personal or found object, and in the context of this relationship, the interaction between the space and the viewer will be made. In this context, artist?s personal experiences and their applications will be analyzed, and new ways of interpretation and expression will be explored.
